Procedure - TÜV Rheinland CERT Excellence Audit

The audit phases

1. The project meeting
You present your company at an in-depth project meeting. Together with the auditors, you agree on the areas and processes to be evaluated.

2. List of topics and self-assessment
Based on the project meeting, you draw up a detailed list of topics and use this to carry out a self-assessment of your company.

3. Status analysis
Our auditors combine the results of your self-assessment with those from their own inspections to create a status analysis.

4. Audit report and presentation
All results are included in the audit report. This represents the potential for improvement in the areas and processes that have been inspected. In the closing presentation, you and our auditors discuss and further develop possible action plans.

5. Issue of certificate
Once you have fulfilled all criteria relating to the TÜV Rheinland CERT Excellence Audit, you will be issued a certificate upon request.

6. Cooperation with TÜV Rheinland
Even after you have been certified, our experts will continue to support you along your route to business excellence. They will help you finalize your action plans and implement them throughout your company.
