Safe pipelines as a result of TÜV checks

TÜV Rheinland Group's experts make use of very modern computer-supported methods, for example, for calculating statics, to examine industrial plant pipelines. The pipelines, which connect pressure vessels, reactors and pumps, must often withstand pressures of several thousand bar. The diameter of pipes which transport gases, liquids and also dust varies from a few millimetres to several metres. Regular checking of the pipes is therefore necessary to avoid accidents.
