At this point, we would like to emphasise the fact that our selection procedure is based on AGG (German General Law on Equal Opportunities) regulations.
Participants at group interviews:
In general, the following people take part in individual interviews:
- 1 applicant
- 1 Human Resources officer
- 1 specialist manager from the department in which the vacancy exists.
Participants at group interviews:
At group interviews, applicants must carry out tasks relating to technical and non-technical topics Depending on the task, these must be performed as a team or individually. In general, the following people take part in group interviews:
- 3-8 applicants
- 1 Human Resources officer
- 1-2 specialist manager(s) from the department in which the vacancy exists.
