Our selection procedure

Legal requirements, individual interviews, group interviews.

At this point, we would like to emphasise the fact that our selection procedure is based on AGG (German General Law on Equal Opportunities) regulations.


Participants at group interviews:

In general, the following people take part in individual interviews:

  • 1 applicant
  • 1 Human Resources officer
  • 1 specialist manager from the department in which the vacancy exists.

 

Participants at group interviews:

At group interviews, applicants must carry out tasks relating to technical and non-technical topics  Depending on the task, these must be performed as a team or individually. In general, the following people take part in group interviews:

  • 3-8 applicants
  • 1 Human Resources officer
  • 1-2 specialist manager(s) from the department in which the vacancy exists.
