How Is Counseling Conducted?
Over a period of two to three weeks, three interviews are held with a qualified and officially recognized TÜV Rheinland Group traffic psychologist. In infrequent cases you may take an additional driving test. We will, as a matter of course, keep to your preferred dates as far as we can, Contact one of our Driver Aptitude Test Centers. They'll be happy to be of assistance.
In the interviews with our traffic psychologist the causes of your inappropriate and off-target behavior will be established. Customized solutions will then be sought jointly and promising behavioral strategies devised.
You can be perfectly frank in these interviews. The psychologist - like your family doctor - has a duty to maintain confidentiality.
