TÃœV psychologists ensure a good working atmosphere

When colleagues don't "hit it off" at work, this can lead to a lack in motivation and a drop in performance. The industrial psychologists from TÃœV Rheinland Group have therefore set themselves the goal of improving the working atmosphere and the corporate culture of its clients. In work groups, they first analyse the structures and bring points of conflict to light. In stage two they support the team in improving the work structures. Moreover, they help with the speedy rehabilitation of workers who have suffered a traumatic experience.
