Stress, lack of physical exercise and irregular mealtimes are the order of the day among German executives. To draw attention to the risk factors involved in so-called "civilisation illnesses", TÜV Rheinland Group offers health coaching for executive staff. On the basis of a detailed discussion of the manager's medical history and of an examination using modern diagnostic methods, the TÜV's medical officers identify individual stress factors and risks. In so doing they are concerned to proceed as quickly and efficiently as possible, because they know that a manager's time is limited.
