We tell you what you can do.
Everyone who anticipates problems with his or her driver's license should try to gain access to comprehensive information about either the medico-psychological test itself or about the opportunities that are available to put the intervening time to good use by, for example, attending courses to reduce the disqualification period. One point is clear. You can't start early enough to prepare for an MPT.
What also matters is how you come by your information. People often have information at third or fourth hand. Our experience is that what is told is seldom correct and objective. Many a tale of horror, pack of lies, and rumors of the kind that change hands at the bar counter go the rounds. But there is no need to lose heart.
That is why we advise against relying on information from one dubious source or another. Contact the experts who can answer your questions competently and impartially. People who write MPT reports on a daily basis can make appropriate recommendations because they know exactly what requirements must be met and what lies ahead of you in the test. We, the TÜV Rheinland Group's MPT examiners, offer you this very information.
