EMC-test
“Don’t cause interference and don’t suffer from interference” – the simplified motto of the EU directive for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
Anyone who wants to successfully market electrical or electronic products must adhere to EMC directive 2004/108/EC. As a “Notified body“ and international service provider, we are your flexible and competent partner!
Every electric or electronic appliance emits and receives electromagnetic waves. When this happens, these interference emissions can influence other appliances. Who is not familiar with the sounds of interference on the radio or “streaky” television pic-tures? Therefore, electrical devices are subject to the EMC-Directive and have to be marked with the CE-sign accordingly.
Test division
In extensively equipped testing laboratories, e.g. absorber halls, we focus our activities on the following sectors:

- Motor vehicle accessories/parts
- Electrosmog measurements
Numerous measurements can also be conducted at short notice using mobile equipment at your premises.
Competence for your success
Within the framework of the EMC legislation, we are accredited as a "Notified Body" by the regulatory authorities for Electricity, Gas, Telecommunications, Post and Railway in Germany and are also listed by the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in the U.S. This means that our employees are authorized to conduct european and internationally required tests.
