To prevent damage to health caused by working at a computer, the industry safety experts from TÜV Rheinland Group assess workstations in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the ordinance on computer workstations. In particular they ensure that the DIN standards regarding hardware and software are met, that enough working space is available and that the monitor and keyboard are of ergonomic design. Moreover, they give tips on how to achieve a permanently relaxed posture when working at a computer.
