TÃœV training sessions make you "crisis-proof"

Occupational groups with a lot of contact to the public, such as policemen, bank clerks or train conductors are often exposed to violent or conflict situations. Behavioural training sessions by TÃœV Rheinland Group provide instruction for members of these occupational groups so that they can cope with crisis situations better. Moreover, the so-called "crisis hotline" has proven itself in practice. It offers psychological advice in advance to the people concerned.
