Moreover, the high degree of reliability documented by the certification gives you a competitive edge in terms of banks, clients, rating agencies and insurances companies. 

Our approach:

1. Pre-audit: In our optional pre-audit, we assess the extent to which the specifications of the minimum requirements for corporate credit management have been implemented. The company subsequently receives a brief report that specifies any weak spots and explains how these could be eliminated. In this respect, the pre-audit helps prepare for the actual certification audit; it also considerably increases the chances of success.
2. Document examination: Before carrying out the actual audit, we clarify, on the basis of your documents, whether your corporate credit management satisfies the criteria for the minimum requirements for corporate credit management. We also prepare the certification audit on the basis of the documents you submit to us. Before we begin the certification audit, we agree on an audit plan together with you.
3. Certification audit: The main objective of the audit is to question whether the minimum requirements for corporate credit management are effectively implemented and applied. The audit discussions are held in all departments and are documented. In the closing discussion, we highlight any potential deviations from the minimum requirements for corporate credit management and together with you define corrective measures.
4. Once you have been successfully certified, you will receive a TÜV Rheinland certificate that confirms that your credit management complies with the minimum requirements for corporate credit management. The certificate is valid for three years. It includes an annual inspection of the relevant departments.
