Microwave ovens bring food to the table as if by magic. When purchasing such a kitchen appliance, ensure that it is easy to operate and has an easy to understand menu program. It is also recommended that you study the accompanying operating instruction carefully. A well-designed one will contain safety information, cleaning tips and will be written so that it is easy to understand. It is ideal if the manual contains cooking and baking examples.

Handling

If you are generally at odds with menu-driven domestic appliances, give preference to a microwave where the time and temperature can be set quite conventionally using several keys and knobs. These will need to be big enough and wide enough apart to ensure that you do not accidentally press two keys at once. On the other hand, the keys should not be so light that the microwave is not turned on accidentally during cleaning. There should be a high-contrast screen and it should be easy to read from every angle. Your kids will then be able to read the details as easily as you yourself.
