In care homes or mobile care services with the mark "Quality test plus: care", as a patient or relative, you are able to rely on the quality of care. TÜV Rheinland awards certificates after an inspection based on a list of around 500 individual points. These concern the areas of care, hygiene, preventative treatment, customer satisfaction, personal development and quality management.
During the inspection, TÜV experts shadow staff at the establishment in their day-to-day work. They also inspect the documentation and training of specialist staff. We determine customer satisfaction by carrying out surveys among the patients and their relatives.
