You can test the traffic safety of your motorcycle based on this check list:

  • Are all mirrors intact and not dulled at any point?

Electrical system:

  • Do the bright, dim, tail, brake, and turn lights work? What about the horn?
  • All lamps, including control lamps must light up brightly and with a uniform intensity.
  • The reflectors of the headlights may not be dull and the light housing must be undamaged.
  • Does the speedometer work?

(minimum 1.6 mm or 1.0 mm with light motorcycles).
  • Tires and rims may not be damaged by means of splits, lumps, or cuts.

Steering system:

  • The handlebars should neither shake nor cause noticeable noises.
